IFL TV, the world’s biggest boxing media platform, will stage its first live event in August as legendary promoter and Chairman of Matchroom Sport, Eddie Hearn, joins host Kugan Cassius for an in-depth discussion covering multiple topics, including his passion for the industry, the journey which has taken him to this point and his thoughts on some of the sport’s biggest stars.
Former world champion Darren Barker, and undefeated prospect Johnny Fisher, will also be live on stage during the event, which takes place at London’s Indigo at the O2 on Sunday August 13.
IFL TV pre-sale tickets are on sale from 10am on Thursday June 29.
Kugan Cassius, IFL TV founder, said: “We have been working on this concept extensively over a long period of time to bring it to fruition, and we are incredibly excited to finally announce the event.
“IFL Live represents a fantastic opportunity for us to connect and engage with boxing fans in a new and exciting way. We’re ready to deliver a unique show which will keep fans on the edge of their seats, while also providing them with valuable insights from some of the sport’s most popular figures.
“Eddie Hearn is one of the biggest names in boxing, a fantastic promoter and somebody who always has an interesting view on any given topic.
“While the boxing insight he provides is undoubtedly worth listening to, Eddie is also highly entertaining, and I can assure those fans attending that it will be a night to remember.
“We also have two big characters in former world champion Darren Barker, and talented prospect Johnny Fisher, who will both add plenty of fun and humour, along with expert boxing knowledge, to proceedings.
“IFL Live is going to be a fantastic event and we are hugely appreciative of all our partners, in particular Live Nation and BHP Global, for helping us make it happen.
“Book your tickets early to avoid disappointment. This is a night not to be missed!”

Over the years, Hearn has transformed the landscape of the sport and established himself as a formidable force within the industry through his relentless work with the likes of Joshua, Canelo Alvarez, Katie Taylor, Gennadiy Golovkin, Chantelle Cameron and many more.
In 2018, Hearn agreed a groundbreaking $1 billion deal with live streaming platform DAZN, and he has been responsible for staging some of the most memorable fight nights in the history of the sport all over the world, including in the UK, US and Middle East.
Barker enjoyed a brilliant career and after claiming Commonwealth, British and European championships, he clinched the IBF world middleweight title in 2013, defeating Australian Daniel Geale in New Jersey on a split decision.
Over the course of his professional career, Barker suffered defeat on only two occasions in 28 fights before announcing his retirement in 2014. He now works as a boxing analyst for DAZN.
Fisher, otherwise known as the “Romford Bull”, has shown great potential in the early stages of his professional career, winning all nine of his fights to date, with eight of those victories secured via knockout. He already boasts one of the most passionate fanbases in British boxing who consistently pack out venues to cheer him on.
