We’re just hours away from an enthralling all-British heavyweight world title clash at Wembley Stadium as Daniel Dubois makes the first defence of his IBF World Heavyweight Title against former unified champion of the world Anthony Joshua.

Two fighters with two extremely different journeys, Joshua started boxing relatively late before going on to win Olympic gold in 2012 and then becoming unified world champion in the professional ranks in just his 21st professional contest. Losses to Andy Ruiz and Oleksandr Usyk have followed, but AJ looks to be back to his best heading into this enticing encounter.

Dubois, meanwhile, has had differing fortunes both as an amateur and a professional.

After being touted as a future star in the unpaid ranks as a youngster, he turned pro at the age of just 19 where he made a huge impression when winning 14 of his first 15 fights by stoppage before defeat to Joe Joyce.

Since then, he suffered a loss at the hands of Usyk, but career-best performances against Jarrell Miller & Filip Hrgovic have seen him pick up the IBF world title, which he will defend for the first time here in a fight in which he goes into as the big underdog.
